Raymond Aguilar

With over 20 years of experience in customer service, Raymond’s career choice has been fueled by a passion for helping and engaging with people. He aims to work in an environment that brings joy through tasks and fosters optimistic interactions. Raymond sees the CARE Center as a critical lifeline for community members wanting to improve their lives by offering crucial guidance. Beyond his professional endeavors, Raymond takes pride in being a father to three adult children and four grandchildren. Raymond’s devotion is mirrored in his personal life and in his unwavering loyalty as a diehard Dodgers fan. This blend of professional dedication, family values, and personal interests encapsulates Raymond’s holistic approach to life, characterized by compassion, loyalty, and a deep-rooted aspiration to make a positive impact.

 

Luisa Ruelas

Luisa was drawn to this industry by her profound passion for helping others. She has worked and interacted with individuals across all stages of life, from newborns to the elderly, finding joy in assisting people in any way she can. Her objective at SMRS is to offer support to every individual who reaches out to the CARE Center. Recognizing the importance of these calls, Luisa is committed to not letting any opportunity to make a difference pass by. She understands that her contribution could be a life-changing moment for those seeking recovery and is intent on guiding them towards the right path. Luisa admires the CARE Center for its exceptional contribution to the community, providing the necessary resources to the those in need.

 

Suzanne Castro-Diaz

Throughout her diverse career, Suzanne has accumulated a wealth of knowledge from a variety of roles. At this stage in her life, she is pursuing a role where she can make meaningful contributions to society even in the smallest ways. She believes she has found her calling at the SMRS CARE Center – her goal is to engage in activities that are influential, always striving to empathize and understand the perspectives of those she serves. She considers SMRS to be a vital agency as California faces significant challenges with substance abuse, mental illness, and homelessness. Suzanne sees the SMRS CARE Center as a source of hope and a means of redemption for those in desperate circumstances, significantly enhancing the overall well-being of the community.

 

Maria Sida

Maria was drawn to this industry by searching for a career that would enable her to serve others. She sought a role filled with purpose, rather than just a job. Her objective is to gain as much knowledge as possible in this field, aiming to make a meaningful impact no matter the scale. She is dedicated to excelling in any role she undertakes at SMRS. Maria believes that the CARE Center plays an important role in providing hope and strengthening social connections, making it a valuable asset to the community.
