Social Model Recovery Systems, Inc. (a non-profit 501(c)3 California corporation) provides a variety of Residential, Day Treatment, and Outpatient treatment services for Substance Use or Co-Occurring Substance Use and Mental Health problems.

Residential Alcohol and Other Drug Treatment Services
Residential treatment services for individuals struggling with the use of alcohol and/or other drugs who are in need of a 24-hour care setting.
Outpatient Alcohol and Other Drugs Treatment Services
Outpatient and Intensive Outpatient treatment services for individuals struggling with the use of alcohol and/or other drugs who have the ability to reside at home while attending treatment.
Co-Occurring Disorders Residential Treatment Services
Residential treatment for individuals struggling with the use of alcohol and/or other drug problems and mental health challenges (Co-Occurring Disorders), who are in need of a 24-hour care setting.
Co-Occurring and Mental Health Treatment Services
Outpatient and Intensive Outpatient treatment services for individuals struggling with the use of alcohol and/or other drug problems and mental health challenges (Co-Occurring Disorders), who have the ability to reside at home while attending treatment.
Adolescent Outpatient Treatment Services
Programs designed to address the specific needs of adolescents struggling with alcohol and/or other drugs in an outpatient care setting.
