Congratulations Homeless Healthcare! We applaud your commitment, and Social Model Recovery Systems is proud to be part of your team.

The goal of a Justice Resource Fair is to provide a centralized platform where individuals, families, and communities can access information, healthcare services, and support related to legal matters, social services, and other justice-related concerns. Linking homeless individuals to healthcare services is a crucial aspect of addressing their healthcare needs and improving their overall well-being.

Homeless individuals often face barriers to accessing healthcare due to a lack of insurance, transportation, and stable living conditions. Creating a link between homelessness services and healthcare resources can greatly benefit this vulnerable population. This event also brings together various organizations, agencies, and resources related to the criminal justice system, legal assistance, victim support, and community services.
