Social Model Recovery Systems would like to welcome our new hires. Congratulations on your new position and we look forward to having you on board.

Krystle Peguero, AMFT
River Community Clinical Coordinator

I started off as a relief staff at River Community in 2015. After furthering my education, I transitioned to a substance abuse counselor. After deciding that I want to learn more tools to address deeper issues while providing counseling, I entered an MFT program. I am now an associate marriage and family therapist with the privilege of providing individual, couples, and family sessions. As a Clinical Coordinator, my goal is to provide a safe and supportive space for individuals and families who are struggling with a variety of challenges.

Anthony Ho, ACSW
Omni Center Clinical Coordinator

My name is Anthony Ho, and I am currently an Associate Clinical Social Worker. I’ve been working in the substance abuse field since 2016. I started off as a counselor, and I went on to get my Master of Social Worker degree because I wanted to do more in-depth therapy work with people who are struggling with substance abuse.

As a Clinical Coordinator, working with Social Model Recovery Systems will help me obtain my clinical hours, and meet with my clinical supervisor weekly. This will help me towards becoming a LCSW.

Dezella Banks, RADT
Bimini Primary Counselor

My goals are to grow within Social Model Recovery Systems while practicing the “Core Beliefs.” SMRS can help me achieve my goals by offering flexibility, fairness, and support in the workplace. I want to work in this field to help others learn the necessary tools to accomplish their goals, as they maintain a life free from substances.
