Job Title: Screening & Assessment, Business Office Representative
Job Type: Employee
Job Status: Full-time
Job Description: Works with the Screening & Assesement team to assist individuals through the admissions process. Must be able to verify participant insurance eligibility and negotiate fees as assigned. Conducts participant interviews, explain program policies, financial responsibilities, and bill of rights. Must have strong customer service/sales skills, demonstrate tact, dipolomacy, and sensitivity when communicating with potential participants. Must have excellent follow-through abilities, strong negotiation skills, and excellent communication skills. Non-smoker preferred. Must have knowledge of Twelve Step philosophy.

Job Type: Employee
Job Status: On-Call
Job Description: On-call Relief Counselors always needed at River Community. Responsibilities include filling in for full-time staff who cannot fulfill a particular shift. As this is an On-Call position, there are no regular shifts available. Great opportunity for someone going to school or needing extra income.
